Terms -
Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. We do not ship
COD, all orders must be pre-paid. For all special orders and custom
printed items we require full payment when the order is placed.

Shipping Method
– For in-stock items we ship within 24 hours. Warehouse location is
Midland Michigan. Our standard method of
shipping is UPS ground (No PO Box numbers please). Next-Day Air, 2nd
– Day Air and 3rd Day select are also available upon request,
please call for rates. $2.00 per package additional charge is applied for
residential shipping.

Claims –
If your UPS shipment was received
damaged, please notify your UPS driver immediately to make a
claim. Damaged merchandise should be reported to our office immediately
for refund, replacement or return. We reserve the right to deny any
claims made more than 30 days after receipt of product.

Returns –
Only orders made at retail pricing are
refundable. All other orders are non-refundable except for damaged or
incorrectly shipped products. To return a product, it must not have been
used and must be returned in its original packaging in sellable condition
within 30 days after receipt. We reserve the right to deny any returns
made more than 30 days after purchase. We cannot accept returns of custom
orders or dated product. Please call our office for return authorization
and send all returned items freight prepaid.
